It's a cool little spot wood painting, ceramics, slime and a few other crafty things. We booked a birthday party for (15) young girls, between the ages of 9 and 12 years. The party and crafts were great, the sad part is the accomodations could have been better thought out. The company asked most of the parents to "leave the birthday party" because they could only have four parents in there during the party. If booking a party for young girls who don't drive, it seems they would inform the parent who booked the party of this prior to. The parents were not informed. Sadly, adults showed up and wanted to support by attending the birthday party and celebrate with the birthday girls as well. It was a family event that turned sour. While the place is quiant, there was space for the family. The company didn't want us to "use their chairs" in case others wanted to come in and book a session. Understandable, we don't mind standing, or bringing our own chairs had we known. But to be escorted out verbally was hard. If you're going to allow a party to be booked, anticipate the accomodations, inform the people who are booking the party of the "preferred" regulation. It wasn't a fire code situat

Something for everyone. We took my my dad for his 70th birthday. He loved it. We made fairy gardens and my daughter did the pottery. Will be back.

Came to this place twice, and both times the staff was extremely unfriendly and downright rude. After our first visit, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the girl was just having a bad day or something. But the next time we came back, the same girl was working (short girl with black glasses) and she was just as rude the second time. There were multiple things that happened, but Iβm not going to type everything out. However I will note that there was a birthday party going on while we were there, we were there the entire time the birthday party was going on. After the birthday party left, this girl and one of the other workers started talking about the birthday party and saying how annoying all of the kids were. The kids were literally just being kids, and didnβt do anything wrong. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Definitely wonβt be coming back here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

We had such a great time at The Hot Spot! The environment was calm, welcoming, and perfect for spending time with the kids. Aubree and Ale were both incredibly nice and sweetβthey went above and beyond by even helping clean the kids up, which we really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back

Honest review here: I have to say this team is WAY better then the last team! It's clear there is some newer and friendlier faces, any negative reviews from the last few months leading in late 2025 are honestly irrelevant. This team is sick! My sister and I went in to paint pottery on a Friday night, we had a lot of fun with our host Krista, she sat down with us for a moment to helped with painting details we were struggling to get right. Supper sweet! When it came time to check out Juli, I believe her name was, started taking care of our pieces immediately! We got a call the next day saying they were done!? That was so freaking fast!? Came in to pick up, saw the same two girls, had a swift pick up experience and that was that! I hope I see them next time!
